Nap resistance is a game nobody wins

longstrider had the opportunity to work this evening in exchange for either comp time or extra money.* So I wound up taking care of K for twelve hours today, with only one 40 minute nap.

Twelve hours is an awful lot of sleep-deprived, meltdowny toddler. I'm going to go collapse now.





*We're not sure which he's going to get, and since he doesn't get to use any vacation time until July, and overtime pays time and a half, we'd be equally happy with either.
