Am now resisting the urge to clap my hands and say "I do believe in fairies Doctors! I do!"
I confess, I'm getting a little tired of the season finales where the stakes are so high that only the most far-fetched deus ex machina will resolve it. Especially when things get so bad that there's no suspense left because if they don't find a way to undo everything that's been done, the only other solution is to end the series. You know, in the original series, the Doctor got out of these fixes by being clever, not by utilizing god-like forces.
(And that's all I can think to say in an elliptical enough manner that I don't need to include spoiler warnings)
