Life is quite boring at the moment. I don't have the energy to do anything, and none of my no-energy activities hold any interest for me. If I were a better and more industrious person, I would be getting ahead on Ebay stock or sewing something useful or cleaning the house or learning how to macrame a new couch. But instead I'm lying around wilted, not wanting to watch tv or futz around on the computer but unable to think of what else to do, besides brushing metric tons of loose hair off the cats. I could really use a nice burst of nesting right now.
I did get my hair cut today. It's shorter now.

longstrider finally heard from Eastern Michigan today - he didn't get the job. :( This is hardly the only prospect out there, but damn, we really wanted him to get that job. The next best prospect at the moment is in Fort Wayne, which can at best be described as a lateral move. It does pay much better and is closer to Michigan though, so it's worth going for.
